Strategy and code,
in the same head.

I'm Armen — a Technical Product Owner who's just as comfortable writing a roadmap as reading a stack trace. For the last few years I've led the vision for platforms used across the iGaming industry: a content management system, an affiliate platform, a CRM, a business-intelligence layer and a streaming service.

That breadth is the point. I started as a freelance developer building everything from landing pages to complex web apps for 50+ clients, moved into CRM where I designed advanced customer journeys, and grew into owning products end to end — sitting between engineering, design and the business.

Now I'm pointing all of it at the next chapter: an AI & Machine Learning degree at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. The goal hasn't changed — build things people actually use — just the depth I want to build them with.

Adrenaline — the BI layer the company was missing

FounderProduct OwnerDeveloperGo-to-market
01
The challenge

The truth was scattered across a dozen tools.

After years inside Playtronix, I kept hitting the same wall: the data that mattered lived in silos — the CRM, the analytics tools, the affiliate-management platform and more — with no single place to see it. Reporting meant stitching it together by hand.

02
What I owned

One person. Every hat.

So I decided to break the company's flow and build the layer it was missing. Adrenaline was my idea, end to end — I founded it, owned the product vision and roadmap, built it as the developer, and took it to market myself.

03
The approach

One pipeline. One source of truth.

Over roughly seven months I connected every tool Playtronix runs — CRM, analytics, the affiliate platform and the rest — into a single pipeline, modelling fragmented, inconsistent data around the questions partners actually ask.

04
The outcome

Manual reports became one live surface.

Adrenaline is now that single source of truth — scattered, manual reporting replaced by one live decision-making surface the partners rely on. Fully operational today, with a public demo you can explore.

AI & Machine Learning
Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam

I've accepted a place on the BSc Artificial Intelligence program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, starting September 2026. It's the deliberate next step: pairing years of product and engineering experience with deep foundations in AI and ML — so I can build the intelligent products I keep sketching in my head.
